C. Woodcrow writes psychological, supernatural, and speculative fiction about ordinary people who encounter something they cannot quite explain.

The stories often begin with something small: a memory that refuses to disappear, a question that will not leave, a wish made at exactly the wrong moment. From there, the ordinary has a tendency to become something else.

Across different stories and different worlds, Woodcrow returns to the same fascination: the things people believe, the things they carry, and the questions they cannot stop asking.

Some stories are imagined. Some begin with pieces of real life. By the time they reach the page, the line between the two may not matter very much.

The question is always the interesting part.
